Villa Luga is a phenomenal holiday villa with a private swimming pool in Pollensa, Mallorca

The property is located in an area surrounded by the green nature of the Pollensa area within the Serra de Tramuntana.

The covered dining area is close to the pool with a further dining area by the BBQ.

The sitting-dining room is very spacious and offers natural lighting during a large part of the day thanks to its beautiful windows which open to the terrace, garden and pool. Furthermore, the house has floorheating throughout the house to ensure constant comfort at all times.

The kitchen lacks for nothing with its large island and dining area.

Bedroom one has a kingsized bed and opens up to a large terrace on which to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. There is also a quite reading-chill out space with views to the incredible views that the area offers.

Bedroom two has a kingsized bed with access to a decked terrace and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom three has a kingsize bed with a bathroom ensuite and views to the nature.

Bedroom four is equipped with a big double bed.

The outdoor area offers relaxation in its finest form with its beautiful swimming pool surrounded by an outdoor chill-out area, ideal for sunny mornings or afternoons to admire the sunsets. You will also find an illuminated boules field with floodlight.
