In total there are four bedrooms, one double and one single, ideal for small children, are on the ground floor and the others are on the upper floor. 

Outside the future owner will find everything that a house of this category provides for the discerning client: several open and covered terraces, a barbecue and a pergola with partial shade and fantastic views of the garden and the countryside. The swimming pool (12m x 6m) has a passive heating system and is surrounded by spacious relaxation areas. The beautifully landscaped garden with cypress trees offers plenty of privacy. The captivating stone house is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace which provide pleasant temperatures all year round.
