If you’re in the southeast of Mallorca there is one thing you must definitely do - more so than anywhere else in the island - and that is get down to the beach! And with such fine waters, watersports are an absolute no brainer! There are tons of opportunities for boat tours & hires, jet skis, windsurfing, scuba diving...

If you can do it in the water then you can do here in southeast Mallorca. And lastly, and this is a high recommendation, book a day trip to the archipelago of Cabrera. A tour leaves daily from Ses Salines and will take you through the tiny rocky islands that make up the national park and dock at the main island which was home to 9,000 french prisoners during the Napoleonic wars (but only 3,600~ survived!)

Southeastern Mallorca has plenty of shops and boutiques catering to tourists and locals alike but as with most places if you want to get a good shopping trip in, you should head the island’s capital - Palma de Mallorca.
