During your stay in Menorca we really recommend looking off the beaten track and following your senses to create your own experience on the island. However we can definitely recommend a few top spots worth a visit during your stay.
Firstly country lovers should make their way to the Albufera des Grau - a marshy nature reserve home to many species of birds, whilst further up the coast you’ll find both the Son Parc Golf Course as well as a renowned beach. If you feel slightly more urban, then head to either Ciutadella - home to the island’s cathedral as well as Italian architecture - or Maó, the island’s capital.
Menorca’s beaches - unlike the beaches in Mallorca - are quite undeveloped and undisturbed in comparison, meaning that you won’t be fighting for a prime spot on the beach to soak up the sun. With 216km of coastline and over 100 beaches, there are too many to list off, but our favorites include the remote Cala del Pilar and the Playa de Son Bou (beware of the small designated nudist area!).
Check out these beautiful holiday villas in our top locations:
Nightlife in Menorca is rather relaxed, with plenty of bars and restaurants spanning the extensive coastline, it’s almost harder to find a place without a view than it is to find one that does! If there’s one place to visit without a doubt it’s the Cova d’en Xoroi, a pleasant hacienda style bar built into the sea cliffs on the south coast!
If you"re looking for music and dancing then head to Ama-gi in Mao or Kopas Club in Ciutadella to start your night off right.

If you only have the option of going to one of the parties, I would always recommend the Sant Joan festivities in Ciutadella.
